1. Follow welding procedure specifications (WPS) to select appropriate welding processes and materials; execute welding operations for product components and equipment.

2. Perform electrode baking, workpiece preheating, and slag removal; conduct post-weld heat treatment when required; maintain comprehensive welding records to ensure quality compliance.

3. Inspect completed welds for defects (slag inclusion, incomplete penetration); execute timely repair or re-welding as necessary.

4. Perform routine maintenance on welding machines, box furnaces, and baking ovens; independently or collaboratively troubleshoot and repair welding equipment.

5. Adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures; properly wear PPE; conduct regular inspection of equipment and tools.

6. Complete additional assignments as directed by supervisor.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training preferred.
2. All majors accepted. Priority given to: Mechanical Manufacturing & Automation, Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Robotics, CNC Technology.
