Responsibilities

1. Demonstrate innovative thinking, align with corporate culture, and commit to long-term development with the company; accept organizational structure and work assignments; possess strong resilience under pressure.

2. Achieve developmental milestones at each stage of the management trainee growth program.

3. Rapidly attain competency in assigned roles through structured learning.

4. Provide constructive recommendations for departmental operations; assist direct supervisor in role-specific and team management activities.

5. Complete additional assignments as directed by supervisor.

Requirements
1. Associate degree or above.
2. Business Administration, Mechanical Manufacturing & Automation, Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Robotics, Electronic Information, CNC Technology, or related fields.
