The nickel-metal hydride(Ni-MH)battery is configured with 1.2V/7.5Ah battery cells in an 11P21S configuration(11 parallel×21 series).A Voltage Monitoring Unit (VMU) detects battery voltage,temperature,current,and SOC(State of Charge),and controls the charging circuit. The high-voltage power distribution circuit includes current sensors,relays connected in parallel with diodes,and fuse devices.Each cabinet is equipped with one Voltage Monitoring Unit (VMU), which will control the relay to actuate when an overvoltage or overtemperature is detected.
